Return & Refund Policy

We value every customer's trust and are committed to a transparent, fair after-sales experience.

Xiarider vehicles are high-value off-road electric motorcycles, so the following conditions below are specific to our products (including split-shipment models and battery handling). Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1.Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@xiaridermotor.com.

BEFORE SHIPMENT

Orders canceled before shipment will incur a 5% handling fee based on the order amount. This covers payment processing and order setup costs that are non-recoverable once an order is placed.

AFTER SHIPMENT

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer supported. You may instead initiate a return after delivery. A fee of $180 per motorcycle will be deducted from your refund, covering return shipping and restocking costs.

2.Exchange Policy

BEFORE SHIPMENT

  • Free exchange is available for products of the same price.
  • If changing to a different model, the customer pays the price difference.

AFTER SHIPMENT — NOT YET DELIVERED

Exchanges are not supported once the order has shipped. Please wait for delivery, then request an exchange within the delivery window below.

AFTER DELIVERY — WITHIN 14 DAYS

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Free from dirt, dust, or odor
  • Packed in original packaging

We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 14 days after receiving your order.

Exchange fees (covering return shipping & restocking):

Motorcycle：$180 / unit

Accessory： $30 / unit

Battery：$ 100 / unit

Special cases:

  • Exchanging for a different model: customer pays the $180 shipping fee + the price difference.
  • Defective or damaged item: free replacement or exchange —  Xiarider covers all shipping costs.

3.Return Policy

Return conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items
  • Batteries (non-quality issues)
  • Special / custom orders
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Pre-Order Note

All Xiarider motorcycles (K5 & K2) are currently sold on a pre-order basis. The 14-day return window begins on the date of delivery, not the order or pre-order date. Estimated ship dates are shown on each product page and may shift with production schedules.

Damaged or defective items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos or videos as evidence.
  • We will offer replacement parts, exchange, or compensation, and cover all related shipping costs.

Non-quality returns (customer-initiated):

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees:

Motorcycle ：$180

Accessory ：$30

Battery ：$100

4.Return & Exchange Process
  1. Submit request. Email support@xiaridermotor.com with:Order numberReason for return / exchangePhotos or videos (for damaged / defective claims)
  2. Review & approval. Our team reviews your request and responds with approval status.
  3. Receive instructions. Approved requests receive a return shipping label. Do NOT return items without authorization.
  4. Ship the item. Pack securely in original packaging and ship using the provided label.
  5. Inspection & processing. Processing time: 3–6 business days after we receive the item.

Split-Shipment Models

Several Xiarider models ship in two separate packages (vehicle and battery) due to carrier weight limits and lithium-battery safety regulations. For these models, returns must also be handled separately — combined returns may lead to extra charges or carrier rejection. Use the labels we provide for each package.

5.Refund Policy
  • Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time: 7–15 business days (depending on your bank).
  • Any shipping fees already incurred (including the per-unit return fee above) will be deducted from the refund.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank / card account first.
  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@xiaridermotor.com.

6.Important Notes
  • Do not return items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.
  • Items that do not meet return conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Xiarider is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage arising from the actions or inactions of any parcel service after delivery.
  • This policy applies to U.S. orders only. International orders are handled under separate terms.
  • Final terms are governed by your order agreement and the XiaRider Limited Warranty, which is incorporated by reference.
